Can I use Touch & Go now? +
You can explore the existing Customer Portal. Some booking and fare features may be temporarily unavailable while the service is being completed.
What transport options can I explore? +
Taxi, private transfers, vehicle rentals and business/corporate transport are service categories. Availability depends on the location and service.
Where does the Customer Portal open? +
The portal opens securely on Touch & Go’s existing Firebase Hosting website. This promotional website does not store your account credentials.
Can I save my favourite places? +
Saved-place features depend on the current Customer Portal release. Contact our team if you have questions.
